Many people day after day sign up for a gym membership with good intentions and many unfortunately fail to see the results they desire. Often fitness establishments offer programmes to members which are usually very generic and not personal to the individual them selves or in some cases they do not offer any programmes entirely.

Here at DB Fitness & Nutrition we have a range of personal exercise packages which are designed and implemented by head trainer David Burtoft; all of our programmes are accessible to any one no matter where you live in the world. We have worked with clients from the U.K, USA, Europe and even as far as Australia.

Please feel free to check out an example of a client training and nutrition plan. ( Please be aware this is just a short bite size of an actual prescibed programme so exercises, macronutrients and portion sizes will vary depending on each client)

12 week Personal Exercise Program

The 12 week online coaching service aims to take out the guesswork that you maybe having in relation to all your exercise and training routines. When should you train, how much cardio should you be doing, should you be doing heavy weights and for how many reps? These are the types of questions the 12 week personal exercise programme will rule out whilst giving you full support throughout the length of your journey.

Initial assessment questionnaire: Before we start we will assess your current lifestyle, including exercise, eating habits, work schedule and your fitness goals.

Weekly nutrition advice: Each week we are going to monitor what you are putting into your body and make small effective changes progressively. You will do all of this through diet log sheets sent by email.

Each week you will receive, through email, your workouts for the week to complete! New goals and challenges each week. You will have my full support and contact through the 12 weeks, working together to reach your goals.

6 Week Personal Exercise Program

Online coaching is aimed at those looking to take out the guesswork and have a professional team overlook their training and nutrition to achieve maximum results.

The internet and many gym establishments are filled with many training ‘templates’ but they are exactly that; a ‘template’. As with nutrition, they need to be tailored to you, your lifestyle and your goals. For example, a client looking to lose fat who leads a sedentary lifestyle will need a very different program to a client who is looking to gain lean muscle whilst living a more active lifestyle.

There are many variations and adaptations you can make to a training program, including specificity, volume and frequency. These, as well as many others, need to be considered depending on your current level of experience and schedule. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced trainee, if you are looking to maximise your efforts then a well-structured training programme is necessary.

Nutrition Assistance

A six week package consisting of nutrition plans sent weekly via email; Inclusive of meal types, sizes and additional nutritional information to help you incorporate these types of meals as a lifestyle and not just a “diet”.

This package will enable you to become more aware of the value of food and start eating for your goal. Even if you are eating “healthy” you may still not be meeting the correct calorie or macronutrient targets for your goal, whether it is fat loss or lean muscle gains.
